Volentem is a research brand with a worldview: it is built for people willing to pursue what others have not. Those willing to ask harder questions, go further, challenge assumptions and operate with discipline. That mindset exists everywhere progress is made.

Willing to explore, disciplined enough to discover. Willingness gets you through the door; discipline determines what you find. One without the other produces either a lot of motion or a lot of caution, and neither is a result.

That is what the three words on every label are for. Identity, purity and traceability are not a slogan — they are the three things a researcher has to be able to check before anything downstream of the vial is worth doing. We will publish the supplier’s third-party certificates as they arrive so those records can be checked.

    Identity

    Every lot will ship with the supplier's third-party certificate of analysis, and the label will match the certificate.

    Purity

    The certificate that accompanies each lot states the result and method the laboratory reported. We publish that record — never a figure of our own.

    Traceability

    Every vial will carry a lot number. Lot records are published as certificates arrive; enter a lot to read the record we hold for it.

What we do, and what we do not

We do

  • Supply research compounds to laboratories, institutions and qualified researchers.
  • Supply every lot with the supplier’s third-party certificate of analysis when it ships.
  • Assign a lot number at dispatch and include it on the label with a QR code for lookup.
  • Publish the supplier’s certificate for each lot as it arrives and make that record available for lookup.
  • State storage conditions, fill size and retest dates on the label rather than in an email.
  • Say plainly when something is unknown, pending or outside what we can evidence.

We do not

  • Supply anything for human or veterinary use. These materials are for laboratory research only.
  • Practise medicine, offer clinical guidance, or employ clinicians to advise on use.
  • Make health, therapeutic, performance or cosmetic claims about any compound we supply.
  • Give dosing, administration, protocol or preparation-for-use guidance of any kind.
  • Sell to anyone who indicates the material is intended for a person or an animal.
  • Publish a purity figure we did not receive from an independent laboratory.
