Flat-rate US shipping, when orders leave, how they are tracked, and what to do if a package is lost or damaged.
Dispatch
Orders ship from our fulfilment partner, typically within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Flat shipping rate: $15 per order (US only).
Tracking
Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Lost or damaged packages
Lost packages: if your package hasn’t arrived, email team@volentem.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We’ll open a trace with the carrier, and if it confirms the package is lost, we’ll reship your order at no cost.
