All sales are final. Here is what to do if an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete.

Due to the nature of research materials, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any product, opened or unopened.
Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders — 7 days
Contact us at team@volentem.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace the item or refund it.
How approved refunds are paid
Approved refunds for damaged or incorrect orders are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
